This cake was created for a reception at the Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine, Florida. The colors were rich and bold with a Moroccan feel. All of the orchid flowers are made out of sugar-paste.

The base of the cake has a gold sugar molded gilded boarder. We piped the detailed scrolls with a gold color. This cake was exceptionally beautiful in color.
