ABOUT OUR COOKIES:

All of our cookies are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients.  Our sugar cookies are rolled and decorated by hand.  We use royal icing for decorating our sugar cookies in an array of colors and designs.  None of our products contain preservatives.

PRICING & MINIMUM ORDER POLICY:

Pricing for  hand decorated cookies begins at $5.00 and up to $12.50 per cookie depending on design and size selected.  There is a 24 piece minimum per design on  hand decorated cookies. Prices and/or minimum order requirements are subject to change without notice.

PACKAGING:

Each hand decorated cookie is wrapped in a cellophane bag and tied with a beautiful sheer ribbon of your color choice and adorned with The Pastry Studio signature tag.  There is the option of replacing The Pastry Studio signature tag with a tag of your own choosing.  We are open to any ideas you have for custom designing a package for your hand decorated cookies.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE:

Since The Pastry Studio does not use preservatives in any product, shelf life for packaged hand decorated cookies refrigerated is 2 weeks and up to 3 months if stored in the freezer.  Please allow all refrigerated and frozen hand decorated cookies to come to room temperature in the original packaging.

LEAD TIME:

The Pastry Studio requires a one week minimum lead time on all hand decorated cookie orders. If scheduling permits, rush orders for an additional charge may be accepted on hand decorated cookies.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

We ship our hand decorated cookies nationwide via overnight or ground delivery services.  Shipping and handling are not included in the price of hand decorated cookies.

PAYMENT:

The Pastry Studio accepts MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards and checks.  If making payment by check, please allow 2 weeks for your banking institution to transfer funds.  Should  payment made by check be returned for any reason, the customer will incur a charge of $50.00 and a money order will be required for payment on your order. 

Non refundable deposit of 50% of your order total is required before we schedule your bake, with payment in full due before we bake your order.  There is no exceptions to this requirement.
