The Pastry Studio is located in the heart of Daytona Beach, Florida.  It is nestled into a row of small specialty shops just blocks from the beach on Seabreeze Boulevard.

Upon entering the studio you are greeted by the sounds of jazz music, displays of our cakes and cookies, along with an array of framed photographs and portfolios from past wedding and celebrations.  The decor features brick floors, antique chandeliers, oriental rugs and an eclectic mix of furniture.

This comfortable, creative and charming atmosphere encourages our clients to share ideas and collaborate with us in the custom design of their celebration cakes and specialty cookies.

It's our goal to create products that are beautiful, absolutely delicious and full of artistic expression. We utilize the freshest and highest quality ingredients available.  At The Pastry Studio baking and designing go hand in hand.

The Pastry Studio is known for impeccable attention to details and our unlimited combination of design possibilities.  Our designs using scrollwork, swirls, sugar pearls, fondant bows and ribbons are easily recognized as our signature style.  From outrageous to classic, tailored or unique, we can make your cake the showpiece it is meant to be and our hand decorated cookies are a special way to customize any occasion.

our policy

We offer design consultations and tastings by appointment. We ship our hand decorated and gourmet cookies nationwide.  Our custom cakes can easily be delivered in the central Florida area and we are available for travel to other destinations.  Shipping is not included in our prices.

We require a 50% deposit on all fees to secure your event date.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.  Deposits are non-refundable due to forfeiting other jobs on your secured date.

We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, chekcards, checks and of course, cash!  We do not begin a bake for your order until your account i paid in full, so if paying by check please allow sufficient time for your funds to clear your financial institution.

ABOUT THE PASTRY STUDIO TEAM

 

Sherri Meyers is owner of The Pastry Studio.  She is a graduate of the Institute of  The South Hospitality & Culinary Arts and also holds a degree from Louisiana State University.  In addition, Sherri's background includes studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, The International Sugar Art Collection in Atlanta, The French Pastry School in Chicago and has collaborated with a host of professional pasty chefs on numerous projects.  Sherri been featured on The Home & Garden and Food Networks.  As a Pastry Chef Instructor, Sherri has taught in the Culinary Department of The Florida Community College of Jacksonville and also the Culinary Apprenticeship Program of Daytona Beach Community College.  Sherri has been published in numerous periodicals.
